Things to Bring with you

NON RESIDENTIAL COURSES

  • Strong Footwear with good grip ( ideally walking boots )
  • All canoeing participants must be able to swim.
  • Runners ( an old pair that will get wet)
  • Swimsuit, towel and toiletries ( aerosols not permitted)
  • Woollen hat and scarf ( in winter)
  • Tracksuit bottoms (denims not suitable)

RESIDENTIAL COURSES

  • Strong Footwear with good grip ( ideally walking boots )
  • All canoeing participants must be able to swim.
  • Runners ( an old pair that will get wet)
  • Swimsuit, towels and toiletries ( aerosols not permitted)
  • Woollen hat and scarf
  • Tracksuit bottoms (at least 2 pairs)
  • Rain coat
  • Jumpers (preferably thin ones which can be layered)
  • For Residential Participants going Camping
  • In addition to the above
  • An extra set of warm clothes
  • A sleeping bag
  • A torch
