Things to Bring with you
NON RESIDENTIAL COURSES
- Strong Footwear with good grip ( ideally walking boots )
- All canoeing participants must be able to swim.
- Runners ( an old pair that will get wet)
- Swimsuit, towel and toiletries ( aerosols not permitted)
- Woollen hat and scarf ( in winter)
- Tracksuit bottoms (denims not suitable)
RESIDENTIAL COURSES

- Woollen hat and scarf
- Tracksuit bottoms (at least 2 pairs)
- Rain coat
- Jumpers (preferably thin ones which can be layered)
- For Residential Participants going Camping
- In addition to the above
- An extra set of warm clothes
- A sleeping bag
- A torch
